Return Policy

Overview

Across the Pond Products creates handcrafted jewelry with care and intention. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if an item meets all of the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

• You notify us within 14 days of delivery (EU customers) or within 14 days of delivery (US customers)

• The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

• Change of mind or preference

• Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To request a return for a defective product, please contact us at:

Include the following:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the defect

• Clear photos showing the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• We do not offer exchanges

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

EU Consumer Rights Notice

If you are located in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. However, as permitted under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to defective-only return policies for handmade or made-to-order goods, except where the item is faulty.
