Nestled in the enchanting Quinta da Ribafria, this three-day event (October 31–November 2) is more than a festival—it’s a portal to another time. Between the oak trees and the old stone walls, you’ll find artisans, musicians, mystics, and storytellers all gathered to honor the changing of the seasons. The air fills with the scent of woodsmoke, handmade incense, and spiced cider. Lanterns glow, drums echo through the forest, and creativity sparks in every direction.

Every brand has a story, and the name Across the Pond Products carries a piece of mine. It’s not just a name — it’s a reflection of the places I’ve been, the lessons I’ve learned, and the life I’m building through adventure, creativity, and connection.

How It All Began

In 2019, I had the incredible opportunity to live in London, England, for four months. It was a transformative chapter filled with exploration, inspiration, and a kind of creative spark I couldn’t ignore. London’s vibrant culture, historical charm, and artistic energy stirred in me a desire to create something meaningful — something that could connect my experiences to the world around me.

When I returned to Connecticut, USA, I wandered into a Michael’s craft store, and suddenly, everything clicked. I wanted to design jewelry that captured the beauty, culture, and spirit of my adventures. From that moment, Across the Pond Products was born.

Why “Across the Pond”?

The name began as a playful nod to the Atlantic Ocean — the “pond” that separated my American home from my time in England. But it quickly grew into something deeper: a symbol of connection between two worlds, between past and future, between where I’ve been and where I’m going.

Today, the name means even more. I now live on the other side of that pond, in beautiful Portugal. What started as a dream inspired by travel has become a full-circle journey.

Living in Portugal has been both personally and professionally transformative. Across the Pond Products has grown beyond what I once imagined, even earning a feature in British Vogue. As a girl who began on one side of the pond, I feel immense gratitude to now be living on the other, building both the life and business of my dreams.

For me, jewelry is never just an accessory. It’s art — carefully crafted and thoughtfully designed. It’s memory — a way of carrying experiences, milestones, and emotions with us.
